The app does not collect, store, or share personal data for its own use. There are no accounts, no analytics SDKs, no advertising SDKs, and no tracking. The only processing beyond serving market data relates to your subscription purchase, described under Purchases below.
On launch (and on manual refresh) the app downloads a public market-data file from
dix-gex-monitor.vercel.app over HTTPS. This is an anonymous read-only request: no
identifiers, no personal information, and no device data are sent with it beyond what any
standard web request includes (such as an IP address, which our hosting provider, Vercel,
may process in standard server logs to deliver the response).
Pro access is a subscription purchased through the App Store or Google Play. Payment is handled entirely by Apple or Google; we never see your name, payment details, or store account. To validate the subscription and unlock the app, our billing provider RevenueCat processes the purchase receipt, a random app-instance identifier, and basic device information (such as platform and app version). This is used only to check subscription status. It is not used for advertising and is not sold.
Beyond the subscription validation described above: none. The app keeps a few settings (such as whether you have seen the risk disclaimer) locally on your device only. No personal information is collected or stored by us.
The app's data feed is served by Vercel Inc. as our hosting provider. See Vercel's privacy policy for how they handle standard request logs. Subscription validation is processed by RevenueCat Inc. as described above. No data is sold or shared with any other party.
The app is a financial-markets information tool intended for adults. It collects no data from anyone, including children.
